Zoe practices Business and Corporate Law and Immigration Law with a focus on charities and not-for-profits and business immigration.
Zoe graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2013. While in law school, she participated in a dual degree program and earned her Master of Arts in Political Science alongside her Juris Doctor. During this time, Zoe began teaching American Government classes for the Political Science Department. She also participated in the law school’s immigration clinic, representing individuals in immigration proceedings at no cost. Prior to attending law school, Zoe graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honours in Philosophy and Religion.
Since 2013, Zoe has been licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas and U.S. Federal Courts. In 2015, she was admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and in 2021 was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2022, Zoe was admitted to practice law in Australia.
Outside of the office, Zoe serves on her local Surf Lifesaving Club board of directors and runs her local Nippers program. Zoe was named Surf Lifesaving Queensland’s Volunteer of the Year for the 2023-2024 season. Additionally, Zoe serves on the committee of the Australasian Council of Women and Policing and provides pro bono legal advice to a number of Sunshine Coast charities. Zoe served as the President of the Washington County Bar Association in 2018 after having served previously as the vice-president, treasurer and secretary of the organization. She also served as President of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville in 2020 and served on the club’s board from 2016-2021. She was appointed a lawyer on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the Western District of Arkansas from 2015-2021.
During her free time, Zoe enjoys hanging out at the beach, volunteering for her local Lifesaving Club, and looking for native wildlife on bush walks.
